A coaching client recently showed me something I wasn’t expecting: a tattoo. Not just any tattoo, mind you. It was a phrase that came up in our coaching sessions.
Empowering words that had clearly meant enough to make them permanent.
I got goosebumps.
I felt a wave of joy and a sense of reward I don’t think I can fully put into words, because what we did together had helped them.
That reminded me why I do this work.
I think that in every coaching relationship, my client is the superhero. They’re the one doing the work by showing up, facing the challenge, making decisions, taking actions.
I’m their sidekick. My job is to support them, ask the questions that define the goal and reframe the problem, and help them see their own strengths.
That tattoo is the most literal example I’ve ever seen of an idea being carried forward.
If you’re navigating a career or mindset challenge, or a persistent feeling that you want more from your career, I can help you find clarity, self-trust, and confidence to make your next career step happen.
Superhero, meet your sidekick.
