💬How working with me can turn workplace doubt into curiosity, constructive communication and focus

Concrete examples of coaching topics to clarify how it can help with professional and personal growth.

A client came to coaching overthinking situations and conversations with colleagues. They were skeptical about colleagues being honest about their performance and had constant doubts and questions, sometimes staying in the negative loop and avoiding doing things that were good for them.

They were catastrophising.

They felt anxious and on edge, especially before or after interactions with the people in question.

They experienced persistent suspicion that influenced their professional relationships.

That led to avoiding conversations or situations that might confirm or challenge their doubts.

The client over-analysed tone, wording, or timing of messages coming from colleagues.

Throughout the coaching process, I helped the client control their thoughts. They now ask questions where there are gaps, where they don’t have the answers.

They are able to focus on the situation itself, and don’t fill in the gaps with negative assumptions about colleagues hiding things from them.

They are able to notice the negative thought, to pause, think if repeating the negative thought is worth it.

They search for evidence and give people the benefit of the doubt.

As a result, they feel happier and more relaxed, and the quality of their work has improved.
