The high achievers I work with realize their performance is fueled by self imposed pressure.
That’s the moment I care about most.
I do what I do because I’ve seen how many high achievers in Tech are doing everything right yet feel stuck, tired or even exhausted, confused, and disconnected from their own careers.
Perfectionism is taking over the steering wheel with self-criticism, raising the bar and never reaching it.
What motivates me professionally is helping people take their power back from that voice.
I guide high achievers in Tech to rethink what performance actually means, I help them lower the perfectionist pressure.
I understand the external demands of Tech environments, the internal pressure to always be on, the fast rhythm and constant change.
What brings me satisfaction and meaning is watching someone start believing in themselves (again), recognize progress instead of dismissing it and moving on to the next thing, see possibilities where they once saw a wall.
In my view, a meaningful career and intentional career growth can give people energy to enjoy their work and their lives outside of work.
And that’s exactly why I do this work.
