🧑‍💻How working with me can silence automatic negative thoughts

Let’s explore how coaching can be a game-changer in navigating challenges and turning them into possibilities.
My aim with these posts is to bring concrete examples of coaching topics and shed light on how coaching can help as a tool for personal and professional development.

A client came to coaching experiencing worst case scenario thinking, had negative thoughts about work and now knowing the necessary to do their job.
They had negative thoughts about their abilities and experienced self-doubt:
“If I ask questions, people will think I’m incompetent.”
“I should already know this.”

Because they didn’t ask for the information they needed, they were often left with partial information, which reinforced their tendency to fill the gaps with negative assumptions.

Throughout the coaching process, I helped the client become aware of the automatic negative thoughts and chose to replace them with curiosity and to observe her thoughts before changing to more constructive thinking and action.

As a result, the client asks for all the necessary information at work, in order to have the entire picture and not fill in the gaps by default with terms like “never”, “nothing”.
They also communicate assertively and are comfortable saying what they don’t know or don’t understand.
They are more aware of what is in their control and outside of their control.

📱If you’re struggling with repetitive negative thoughts and want to have more constructive ones instead and a more flexible way of thinking, working with me will get you the solution to your problem. Send me a message and let’s work together to shift your mindset and get you the best out of your career and business.
